Deuces in the deck are wild and act as a substitute for cards of any denomination and suit so that completing a winning hand becomes easier. The Deuces are all cards which have a face value of 2. In cases where you are dealt a Deuce, it is immediately assigned a denomination and suit which subsequently gives you the optimum payout for the cards you are holding.
